Life Skills Training

About Kennoshia: Architect of Change and Empowerment
Kennoshia Fullilove, is a dedicated leader and advocate committed to empowering young men through construction education and safe housing opportunities. As the Director of Life Builders Academy, a nonprofit focused on transforming lives, and the founder of Life Builders Business in Real Estate Investments, she creates pathways to success for underserved communities.
A seasoned Journeywoman Carpenter with Local 322 and a YouthBuild EC Construction Instructor, Kennoshia has over a decade of experience, developing programs that teach essential construction skills while fostering confidence and teamwork.
With a focus on uplifting Black and Brown communities, she is passionate about ensuring no one is left behind in an industry that can change lives. Known for her hands-on approach and as a thought leader in empowerment, Kennoshia also drives real estate ventures to provide stable housing, believing that building skills and fostering teamwork leads to stronger communities.
